Costs :
Costs for shipping and handling will be a set amount, which varies depending on the destination.

1. In France metropolitan and Spain metropolitan

5.90€ for orders of less than 75€
Free shipping for orders of 75€ or more

2. In Belgium metropolitan and Netherlands metropolitan

7.90€ for orders of less than 100€
Free shipping for orders of 100€ or more

3. For all other destinations

9.90€ for orders of less than 150€
Free shipping for orders of 150€ or more

The shipping and handling cost will be indicated on the summary of your order when you’re confirming your order. This amount will be in addition to the purchase costs of your products.

Delivery Time :
For all goods ordered, the shipping order will be prepared for a departure from our warehouse within a maximum delay of 5 days starting from the end of the sale the products were purchased from. Orders will be fulfilled subject to availability of stock.

Shipping will be done by our transporter (Colissimo in France and Nacex in Spain), in an average shipping time of 3-5 working days.

The average shipping time will be a function of the delivery destination. Deliveries later than 4 working days do not entitle the customer to cancel their order, a reduction of the price paid or damage interests.

If the shipment does not arrive within 30 days of the day after you originally placed your order, yous will then have the ability to cancel your order without any fees. Any payments you have made will be fully reimbursed.
